The programme of the competitions will be determined by the Organizing Committee. In principle, the competition programme will last for up to four (4) days. The tentative programme is set as follows:

Note 1: Each delegation is required to provide one (1) ITTF white badge or blue badge international umpire. A charge of U.S. Dollar One Thousand (USD 1,000) will be collected if no international umpire is provided.

| Other associations | Twenty U.S. Dollar (USD 20) per competitor and official; The AUSF registration fee will be collected by the CIC before the issues of the competitors’ identity cards. |
The competing countries, upon arrival, shall pay their dues for participation fees USD40 (including food, accommodation, local transportation fees and sightseeing) as determined by the Executive Committee per day and per person to the Organizing Committee.
Note: Should there be more than 16 countries/regions that submit their entries for team events, the OC will only accept the first 16 countries/regions on a first-come-first-served basis.
The 2nd Asian University Table Tennis Championship will be played in accordance with the current Laws of Table Tennis and Regulations for International Competitions as published by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).
